Policies

• Check in 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m.
• One night’s deposit required to hold and guarantee all reservations
• Cancellation Policy – We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days before your arrival date, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee and the balance is refunded.
• Changing Reservation Dates –You can change your reservation dates as long as it is done 7 or more days prior to your arrival date. No changing reservation dates will be allowed within the 7 days of your arrival date.
• No refunds are given due to inclement weather
• No refunds given for early departure
• Rates are subject change without notice
• Sorry, no pets allowed
• Rates are based on 2 persons in a room. There is a $ 20.00 charge plus tax for each additional person in the room 12 and over
• We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, U.S. Travelers Checks, Rehoboth Beach Main Street Gift Certificates and Cash. Checks are only accepted for advance reservations and must be received at least 7 days before arrival date. If paying with cash, a credit card number must be kept on file.
• Must be 21 to stay at the Admiral Hotel without adult supervision
• No parking before 1:30 PM on day of arrival and vehicle must be moved from parking lot no later than 12:30 PM on departure date.
